Return Policy

TANKS & PUMPS: Once in consumers possession, ALL SALES ARE FINAL except in the event of a warranty claim through the manufacturer. Southwest Water Tanks will work with the manufacturer, as needed, to provide you with the necessary items for your claim and exchange. 

TANK PARTS: May be returned or exchanged, upon manager approval, within Five (5) days of original purchase date. Items that have been unpackaged or installed are non-refundable. All exchanges or returns will have a 15% restocking fee applied. 

CONTAINERS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchase has been made.
